LA Flex means Local Authority Flexible Eligibility. This is for properties which are E rated or below on the governments Energy Performance Register, when we do a new survey. No benefits are needed, however other criteria apply such as annual household income below £31,000 or someone living at the property having a listed illness.
To be eligible for ECO4, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
