Property Ownership and Type:
The ECO4 scheme is available to both homeowners and landlords, albeit the eligibility conditions varies slightly. Landlords can apply for ECO4 money if they rent to tenants who get specified benefits, such as Universal Credit or Pension Credit. -
Property Location:
Eligibility varies according to your geographical location and the policies of the scheme's participating energy suppliers. Some localities may have different standards or offer additional assistance to certain sorts of households. -
Age and Condition of Existing Installations:

Yes, you can typically choose your installer when receiving the ECO grants. However, it’s crucial to ensure that your chosen installer meets the eligibility criteria set forth by the scheme provider and adheres to relevant industry standards. Furthermore, please ensure that the installer is duly registered with applicable accreditation bodies and possesses the required qualifications to perform the task in a secure and efficient manner.

I had heard about these grants but was a little sceptical until I saw an article in my local newspaper about this company. So I took the plunge and called them. Their surveyor came round explained everything clearly and handled all my paperwork. The wall insulation wad done by their installers LMF and they even did my attic.
